Description
Convenient massage gun for the whole body
Terraillon Fitness Massager is an ergonomic massage gun for anyone who wants convenient and varied muscle massage at home or after physical activity. It combines six different speed levels with four interchangeable massage heads, making it easy to adapt the massage to different parts of the body and the desired intensity.
The massage gun can be used on several of the body's larger muscle groups, such as the arms, shoulders, back, buttocks, thighs and calves. The ergonomic design with an open handle also provides a comfortable grip during use.
6 speed levels - up to 3200 strokes/minute
Choose between 6 different speed levels from 1800 to 3200 strokes per minute. Start at the lowest level and gradually increase it until you find an intensity that feels comfortable for the area being massaged.
The six speeds are:
Level 1: 1800 strokes/minute
Level 2: 2000 strokes/minute
Level 3: 2300 strokes/minute
Level 4: 2600 strokes/minute
Level 5: 2900 strokes/minute
Level 6: 3200 strokes/minute
These speeds are specified in Terraillon's own user manual for the Fitness Massager.
4 interchangeable massage heads
The Terraillon Fitness Massager comes with four massage heads with different shapes and contact surfaces. This makes it easy to vary the massage depending on which part of the body is being massaged.
Spherical head: A versatile massage head for larger muscle groups, such as the arms, back, buttocks and thighs.
Flat head: Provides a broader contact surface and is suitable for general massage of areas such as the legs, chest muscles and arms.
Conical head: Provides more concentrated contact and is suitable for smaller areas.
U-shaped head: Designed to massage both sides of an area and can, for example, be used around the calf muscles.
Terraillon itself specifies these four head types and recommends different areas of use depending on the shape of the head.
Rechargeable battery with USB-C
The massage gun has a built-in 1200 mAh rechargeable battery and can easily be charged via USB-C. A full charge takes approximately 2–3 hours and provides approximately 1–2 hours of use, depending on how the product is used.
USB-C charging makes it easy to charge the massage gun without having to use disposable batteries.
Automatic 10-minute timer
For convenient use, the Terraillon Fitness Massager has an automatic 10-minute timer. The massage gun switches off automatically after a 10-minute session. It can then be switched on again if needed.
Use
Attach the desired massage head while the massage gun is switched off. Start the product by pressing and holding the power/speed button. The massage gun starts at the lowest speed.
Briefly press the button to switch between the six intensity levels. Move the massage head over the desired muscle group with slow, controlled movements without pressing unnecessarily hard against the body.
It is recommended to start at the lowest intensity and gradually increase it according to what feels comfortable.

Tak for hjælpen. Fantastisk kundeservice.
